A Shared Commitment to the Oceans
At Univile, our passion for the landscapes and culture of the islands translates into a deep concern for the preservation of our marine environment. This is why we are proud to support Project Rescue Ocean, an association dedicated to protecting oceans, beaches, and marine wildlife. Through this collaboration, Univile is committed to contributing to the preservation of our marine heritage, by donating a portion of sales to support vital ocean protection efforts.
Birth of the Association
It all started on a beach, with a group of friends and a conversation about the pollution tainting the sand beneath our feet.
What began as a simple rant quickly turned into a true calling. The idea, playfully tossed out – "One day, I'll create an association called PROJECT RESCUE OCEAN!" – was met with laughter.
Yet, this vision never left me. Convinced that complaining would lead nowhere without concrete action, I decided to take matters into my own hands.
Thus, Project Rescue Ocean was born, an association dedicated to making a difference.
The association's mission
Project Rescue Ocean is a non-profit organization, governed by the 1901 law, dedicated to protecting the marine environment.
Their primary mission is to educate and raise awareness, especially among younger generations, about the environmental challenges facing our oceans.
For Project Rescue Ocean, education is the key to a sustainable future.
Our Contribution
For each poster sold, Univile donates €1 to Project Rescue Ocean. This collaboration allows us to actively participate in environmental protection while offering our customers an opportunity to contribute to this essential cause.
To date, thanks to your purchases, we have donated €10,375 (as of February 17, 2025) to Project Rescue Ocean. These funds have directly contributed to beach clean-up efforts, the education of children and adults, and the rescue of marine wildlife in distress. Your support makes a real and measurable difference in protecting our oceans.
